Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Support Specialist II, you will be responsible for tracking, reporting, and trending chart and edit volume to ensure timely processing and workflow integrity. You will evaluate and ensure proper chart flow, communicate with offshore partners, and implement resolutions to complex edits. You will also assist in meeting deadlines and target inventories by processing edits when needed.
What You Will Do
Your primary duties will include tracking and reporting chart and edit volume, evaluating chart flow, communicating with offshore partners, and implementing resolutions to complex edits. You will also examine KAV reports, determine top denials, and initiate resolution.

Requirements
- One year experience in medical billing preferred
- One year experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Quick learner with an aptitude for custom computer systems
- Previous success and comfort with entering data for extended time periods and limited interruptions
