Senior Manager – RevOps & FP&A

Radley Green is working with a fast-growth fintech/SaaS business that hires some of the best engineers globally and launched a new subscription product earlier this year — already at £11m ARR.

They’re now looking for a Senior Manager – RevOps & FP&A to partner the FD in building out finance systems and processes, while owning RevOps from a finance perspective. This is a build-not-inherit role for someone who has set up RevOps systems and processes in a fast-growth subscription business before.

Package: £80k–£120k (DOE) + up to 80% bonus + strong benefits. Fully remote, with some European travel.

The Role

• Work closely with leadership, Sales and Engineering to build out RevOps processes
• Get under the skin of Stripe to fix bottlenecks and system limitations
• Build out reporting on revenue and billing in this fast-growth environment
• Integrate HubSpot with Stripe to ensure accurate billing data and process
• Review which accounting and financial reporting processes should move in-house vs. stay with external providers
• Build out finance systems and processes alongside the FD
• Build budgeting and forecasting systems, models and dashboards that give leadership the reporting frameworks to make data-backed decisions
• Develop and automate accounting processes
• Design and implement robust accounting processes, controls, policies and work papers

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• RevOps and accounting experience in a fast-growth, global business
• Experience with Stripe or other similar systems plus experience integrating systems
• Hands-on enough to build systems and processes, confident enough to present to / and work with Founders and the Board
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Has implemented finance systems and built processes from scratch before
• Proactive and commercially minded, confident working closely with founders and senior stakeholders
