Senior Data Engineer – Tangerine

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our team at Tangerine. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will contribute to the overall success of our IT team, defining vision and strategy for data management at the enterprise level. You will work on creating logical and physical designs for data management capabilities, evaluating data management platforms and solutions, and reviewing projects for impact and compliance.

Requirements

• University or College degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in data management solution design and development
• Proven technical skills in OLTP and decision support information management, DDL and DML in Oracle, SQL Server, BigQuery, Python programming, Data Warehouse solutions (SAS and PowerBI), ETL tools (Apache Airflow, Informatica), Cloud: GCP, Azure or AWS
