As Senior Associate FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the financial planning and analysis process, providing key insights and recommendations that will drive strategic decision-making within the organization.
Requirements
- Credit Facilities: Assist management with process workflow and communication with internal departments and lenders.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare/maintain and present (annual/quarterly/monthly) financial reports and dashboards to key stakeholders.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into their impact on the company’s financial performance.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and special projects.
- Data Management: Maintain and enhance financial models and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls and Scout Company policies.
