Team Lead People Operations & Payroll

Role Overview

As a Team Lead People Operations & Payroll, you will lead a five- to six-member People Experience and Payroll team and be responsible for the operational HR processes for our managed companies in the DACH region. You will ensure that contracts are on time, salaries are correct, and employees get clear answers.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include taking responsibility in the daily business, steering the employee lifecycle from entry to exit, and ensuring that relevant changes are complete, correct, and on time. You will also lead with clarity and support, develop your team, and shape our automation with.
