Requirements
- 10 years of experience in bedding and mattress retail
- Experience overseeing multiple retail locations
- Managing showroom sales staff
- Business Administration degree or Master’s degree
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, or retail sales reporting dashboards
- Background in consultative selling, KPI-driven store management, and structured staff coaching
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Saudi or Lebanese nationality
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
