Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead a team of Business Development Consultants, guiding them to help prospective clients understand educational programs and determine their suitability. The role involves developing individual consultants, building a capable and consistent team, and working with executive leadership to improve client service and business goals.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will coach consultants individually, lead regular one-on-one coaching, and drive sales performance and accountability. They will also build consultative selling skills and client trust, and lead the culture on the sales floor.

• The ability to set high expectations, make sound personnel decisions, and have direct, respectful accountability conversations.
