Business Development Lead

SEEK is a multinational technology company operating online employment marketplaces, seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Jobstreet Singapore.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record of new logo acquisition
  • Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities
  • Experience selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to prospect, qualify, and close independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Background in job boards, HR tech, recruitment solutions, B2B SaaS, or marketplace businesses
  • Experience with off-the-shelf product sales (vs. custom-built IT solutions)
  • Existing network within Singapore’s enterprise market
  • Prior people management experience
