Senior Project Manager – Marketing Operations & Digital Asset Management

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Enterprise Digital Asset Management (EDAM/EDA), Claravine, taxonomy modernization, metadata governance, and Marketing Operations. The ideal candidate is a highly organized program/project leader who excels at stakeholder management, governance, risk mitigation, and driving decisions in complex or evolving environments.

What You Will Do

You will lead day-to-day execution of EDAM, Claravine, taxonomy, metadata governance, and related Marketing Operations initiatives. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining integrated project plans, coordinating cross-functional work, facilitating working sessions, and proactively identifying risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting enterprise technology, marketing, digital, or creative operations initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects involving business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, execution, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with governance frameworks, RAID management, risk/issue management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting.
• Ability to document and manage business processes, workflows, operating models, and decision frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both executive leadership and hands-on delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to establish accountability, clarify ownership, and drive decisions across multiple teams.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments and creating structure where processes are still being established.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
