Requirements

At least 3+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., MBB), additional start-up/scale-up experience strongly preferred + another 7 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in German and English languages
Strong sales/business development and partnership management skills along with acumen in analytical and strategic thinking

Self-starter mentality with an ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with Google (e.g., Sheets, Docs), Slack and a Sales CRM (Salesforce is preferred)
