Requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
- Effectively sell SFC products/services by identifying customer needs and recommending solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM system with each interaction
- Follow up with leads and prospects to drive sales and secure business
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues as they arise
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the best customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
