Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in defining and executing the company’s aggressive M&A and organic growth initiatives, assisting the Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis with monthly operations reviews and budget preparation.
What You Will Do
Screen new acquisition opportunities, perform due diligence analysis, build financial and M&A models, prepare presentation materials, interact with internal and external stakeholders, and build integration and improvement plans for acquired businesses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and M&A
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
