Role Overview

As a Marketing Operations Analyst, you will be tasked with getting under the hood of complex systems to solve data puzzles, in a technical research and optimization role focused on the integrity of our marketing engine rather than campaign execution.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include technical research and diagnostics, data hygiene and cleanup, prescriptive problem solving, advanced reporting and analysis, secondary administration, and systems documentation.

Requirements

• 3 or more years in Marketing Operations with a heavy focus on data analysis and systems architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce
• An analytical mindset, enjoying technical troubleshooting and with a high tolerance for auditing thousands of rows of data to find a single logic error
• The ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
• A systems lens, understanding how changes in one tool ripple through to Salesforce and ultimately impact reporting
• AI fluency, with comfort using AI tools to draft workflow logic, query syntax, and technical documentation, and to accelerate data analysis
