People Operations Generalist

We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to support our People Team in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The role will have administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping to plan and administer aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years work experience in a People Operations role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
• Keen attention to detail and passion for data hygiene and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ethics
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
