SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Director of Business Operations to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leaders across the Product and Technology organization. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff functions, with a track record of leading business transformation and large-scale programs. The role requires exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, as well as the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff functions
  • Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite and VP-level executives to influence strategy and drive business outcomes
  • Track record of leading business transformation and large-scale programs with tangible impact on organizational performance
  • Ability to operate across altitudes, moving between long-horizon strategy and hands-on execution
  • Proven ability to design and manage operating cadences for large, complex organizations
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Sophisticated analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex data
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
