Role Overview
SERHANT. is a real estate brand seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join its Growth team. This role supports recruitment and expansion efforts, serving as a key function for attracting and onboarding top-tier real estate professionals. The position is hybrid eligible for candidates based in Boston, MA.
What You Will Do
Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications. Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation, including cold-calling, texting, and emailing prospective candidates. Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers and coordinate meetings for the VP of Growth. Maintain and update records of all recruitment activities in the CRM.
