Sia is an international management consulting firm that collaborates with clients to overcome challenges and seize opportunities. The AI & Marketing BU is recruiting a Data Scientist consultant with a strong interest in marketing, client, and product issues.
What You Will Do
Work with clients to respond to their most strategic data and AI challenges, through various topics such as analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and data engineering.

You will accompany non-technical stakeholders in vulgarizing your analyses and formulating impactful recommendations, and contribute to the development of our offers by participating in training, working groups, publications, and the production of internal and external supports.
Requirements
- Mastery of Python, SQL, and data modeling
- Solid knowledge of machine learning and AI generative (supervised, unsupervised, clustering…)
- A first experience with NLP and/or GenAI is an asset
- Strong business orientation: ability to understand marketing issues and design data-driven solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to present your analyses and recommendations to top management
