The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring feasibility and successful delivery of new services, meeting target KPIs, and collaborating with various teams to develop and implement strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering with minimum 7 years relevant experience
- Any Degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Familiar with Environmental Quality Order 2025, International Maritime Organization (IMO) MARPOL requirements
- Experience in Business Development or Marketing of technical services with successful track record
- Fluent in local language, high level of written and verbal English
- Good business acumen
- Ability to develop strategies and to translate them into pragmatic into action plans
- Ability to act independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
- Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to partner effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
