Vice President of FP&A & Enterprise Analytics

Role Overview

The Vice President of FP&A & Enterprise Analytics is responsible for enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, performance management, business intelligence, and decision support. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role partners with executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, and operational performance through financial insights, analytics, and strategic resource allocation.

What You Will Do

Lead the annual operating plan, strategic planning process, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial models. Develop financial strategies that align resources with organizational priorities. Provide financial analysis, scenario planning, and investment decision support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial certification
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Minimum 7 years leading FP&A functions within a large, complex organization
• Experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Enterprise Performance Management teams
• Demonstrated success supporting executive leadership, strategic planning, and business performance initiatives
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams through growth and transformation
• Experience with modern planning, reporting, and analytics platforms
