Business Development Representative – Fuel Sales

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative to work with the RTS Carrier Services team, focusing on onboarding, supporting, and managing new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dynamic, and outgoing, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
• Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
