Role Overview

The Social Media Operations Specialist will own the daily curation of the platform’s localized social media presence, crafting viral content and engaging directly with the digital generation to turn casual viewers into loyal brand advocates.

What You Will Do

Multi-Channel Account Management, Agile Content Creation, Campaign and Vendor Orchestration, Data Tracking and Feedback Loops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or New Media.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or community operations, ideally within digital media networks, OTT streaming platforms, or the entertainment/pop-culture sectors.
  • Thorough understanding of the algorithms, operational policies, and content ecosystems of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  • Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent multimedia editing software.
  • Complete professional fluency in both Thai and Mandarin Chinese with a deep affinity for internet subcultures, pop trends, and the local entertainment ecosystem.
