Role Overview
Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in preparing the annual operating budget and analyzing financial performance. Enhance the operation of Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center and the budget/financial analysis department.
What You Will Do
Prepare budgets, collect and report data, analyze financial performance, and resolve problems. Cross-train with service line analysts and generate reports from the cost accounting system.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field, or equivalent experience in a healthcare environment. Preferred qualifications include 3 years of accounting or finance experience with a background in healthcare.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field
- Experience in the use of microcomputer financial applications, especially Excel
- Prior microcomputer financial applications experience
Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $42.790 – $55.210 – $61.840
