We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our Passenger Cars segment in India. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and executing the category strategy for Passenger Car Motor Oils in the indirect channel. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing category marketing action plans, creating compelling consumer value propositions, and maximizing value creation through pricing strategies. A strong commercial acumen, P&L delivery, and stakeholder management skills are required. This role will also involve leading sector strategy and P&L, creating a sector marketing activity calendar, and ensuring effective execution within the agreed marketing calendars. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience in category management in a highly competitive environment, with experience in brand & communications, media planning, digital marketing, and trade & category marketing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in category management in a highly competitive environment
- Experience in brand & communications, media planning, digital marketing, and trade & category marketing
- Experienced and proven in delivering ambitious margin and volume aspiration in automotive or consumer goods industry
- Sound and proven commercial acumen & P&L delivery
- Strategic thinker with ability to define, develop and implement an E2E offer
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Detailed knowledge of transport, industry or consumer lubricants markets, covering B2C marketing/sales activities
