Role Overview
This Business Development Representative (BDR) position is responsible for initiating and managing relationships with customers, coordinating selling efforts to grow new and incremental sales, and identifying target accounts by partnering with Sales Representatives. Heavy prospecting is key in this position, and the incumbent will be expected to add new accounts to the target account list and log all contacts and calls with target accounts.
What You Will Do
The BDR will develop a strategy to grow sales and profits, build relationships with customers, conduct product demonstrations, generate leads, and prepare weekly and monthly reports. They will also give sales presentations, coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs, and maintain client records.
