This position is accountable for the daily, weekly, and monthly preparation and analysis of reports for management’s use in fiscal decision making. The role will also be expected to perform additional ad-hoc duties relating to P&L reconciliation, budget preparation, expense and capital tracking, and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Assist monthly close of financial data for manufacturing sites in North America
- Assist in annual financial activities such as budgets, and physical inventory
- Assist in process improvement projects
- Help analyze manufacturing costs and explain variances with corrective actions
- Support team in being a business partner to different sites
- Help review monthly P&L summaries for anomalies, investigate and report findings
- Assist with Fixed Asset closing, purchasing (PO’s, requisitions, etc.), work orders and other miscellaneous tasks as required by manufacturing sites
