Shimano North America is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to join their Irvine, CA team. The Channel Marketing Manager will lead the alignment and execution of marketing initiatives across sales channels, partnering with sales teams and cross-functional groups to coordinate programs, prioritize needs, and ensure consistent high-impact go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in channel, trade, or retail environments
- Experience working with independent bicycle retailers or within the bicycle industry
- Experience partnering with or supporting an outside sales organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed to support sales teams and channel partners
