Financial Analyst

Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst at Reggio’s Treehouse, you will build financial systems, analyze enrollment, and provide financial insights to leadership. You will work closely with the President and travel to centers in DC, VA, and NJ. This is a finance role delivered through information systems, with a focus on designing, integrating, and validating financial and enrollment data systems.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include building and running financial systems, planning, forecasting, and modeling, bringing clarity to enrollment, telling the story through reporting, and keeping us audit ready. You will work with QuickBooks Online, ADP Workforce Now, Brightwheel, and Google Workspace to produce budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s degree in a related field, two or more years of experience in financial analysis, and hands-on experience with accounting systems and payroll or HRIS systems. You should have advanced spreadsheet modeling skills and working knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Two or more years in financial analysis, financial systems, FP&A, or business systems analysis
• Hands-on experience with an accounting system such as QuickBooks Online and a payroll or HRIS system such as ADP
• Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Skill in data analysis, data validation, and database concepts
• The ability to document processes clearly and explain financial results to non-finance leaders
• High accuracy and discretion with confidential payroll and family billing data
