Role Overview
Lead and develop the Global FP&A team to deliver world-class financial planning and analysis, driving performance insights through evaluation against forecast, prior year, and budget.
What You Will Do
Contribute to key FP&A activities, lead performance analysis, enhance visibility on business drivers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Planning, or Corporate Finance
- Graduate degree in business administration with Controlling or Finance focus
- General knowledge of Excel modelling, financial management system knowledge (HFM, Cognos, TM1, SAP)
- Strategic mindset, Financial Performance analysis knowledge in manufacturing environment, IFRS Principle knowledge
- Advanced skills working with MS office modules (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
