Sigma Computing is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analytics and business intelligence, and a proven ability to drive customer success and retention. The role will involve building strong relationships with customers, guiding them in optimizing their use of Sigma’s platform, and developing strategies to maximize Net Dollar Retention (NDR).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or consultative role within the SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence industry
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders
