GTM Recruiter – Sales

The GTM Recruiter – Sales will oversee sales recruitment for Sigma, a fast-paced AI apps and analytics platform. The role requires 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably in SaaS or startup environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
• Experience in SaaS companies or fast-paced startup environments preferred
• Able to work 4 days in office in San Francisco, CA office
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with recruiting technologies and platforms
• Proven ability to manage the candidate journey from sourcing through interview process and offer stage
