Requirements

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through both inbound lead management and outbound prospecting activities in assigned territory.
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified opportunities through timely follow-up and effective qualification.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns and execute multi-channel prospecting strategies — phone, email, and social — to engage potential customers.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions and conduct effective discovery calls to identify customer needs and potential opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and determine buying readiness, timeline, and next steps.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed established activity metrics and opportunity generation quotas.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Signant Health’s products, services, and competitive differentiators.
  • Effectively handle objections and align solution capabilities with prospect needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in CRM system.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry conferences as required.
  • Support additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
