As a Key Account Manager – O&I Segment – Hanoi at Signify, you will develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with key end users in the O&I segment, achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets, and create strategic account plans to define growth opportunities, relationship goals, and solution roadmaps. You will work closely with specifiers, system integrators, distributors, and installation partners to deliver complete lighting solutions to the end customer, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. You will also analyze trends in technology, design, and customer needs to identify emerging opportunities and risks, and provide market feedback to influence future product and segment strategies.
