The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Medicare sales experience, 2+ years leading or coaching Medicare agents, and strong knowledge of Medicare products, compliance, and carrier processes.

- 2+ years leading or coaching Medicare agents
- Demonstrated experience building sales processes, reporting, or operational systems
- Active health insurance license
