Marketing Technology Manager

Role Overview

The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for owning and optimizing the bank’s marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, and supporting data and integrations.

What You Will Do

Own and manage the marketing technology stack, lead development and execution of automated customer journeys, partner with key resources to integrate data sources and platforms, and establish governance and standards for campaign build and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience owning or administering marketing automation platforms
• Proven track record designing and executing lifecycle marketing programs
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Data teams
• Experience managing data integrations, segmentation, and campaign performance measurement
• Deep understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and campaign execution
• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies
• Data fluency (reporting, KPIs, attribution, A/B testing, performance optimization)
• Understanding of data integrations, APIs, and data quality / governance practices
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, data privacy)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations.
• Ability to write routine reports, simple-to-business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to effectively speak, respond to questions, and present information to various audiences.
