Simply’s mission is to make the pursuit of creative hobbies simple and fun. We’re looking for a Growth Lead to lead end-to-end strategic growth processes, define key performance indicator metrics, and manage large-scale campaigns.

Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end strategic growth processes with a primary focus on acquiring new learners
  • Define key performance indicator metrics and derive actionable insights through data analysis and research
  • Manage and execute large-scale campaigns across various online advertising platforms
  • Develop an analytical approach to influence strategic decision-making, leveraging data analysis, forecasting models, and measurement metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and design teams to implement and optimize growth strategies
  • Analyze user behavior data, monitor market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and revenue-generation strategies
  • Establish an end-to-end experimentation process, including hypothesis formulation, test design, KPI selection, test execution, results measurement, and recommendations
