What You’ll Do
- Track and process global sales commission payments, ensuring data accuracy and timely payroll distribution.
- Collaborate with senior Revenue Operations team members to maintain sales systems and data integrity.
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities, including preparation of financial journals and performance reporting.
- Generate and manage regular and ad hoc reports on compensation, quota attainment, and payment metrics.
- Maintain and update key dashboards to support business insights and leadership decision-making.
- Assist with ongoing system improvements and implementation projects.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in sales operations, finance, business analytics, or a related field.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales compensation systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to lead by example.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
