Requirements
- Fluent Language Skills: English and Spanish
- Proven customer service experience with a passion for providing a premium customer experience
- Tech savvy with a sound knowledge of all things technology
- Goal oriented and able to work towards targets
- Always thinking about the customer experience
- Experience in the hotel industry in admin roles, hotel digital marketing or in a SaaS company is a plus!
