Requirements

  • Fluent Language Skills: English and Spanish
  • Proven customer service experience with a passion for providing a premium customer experience
  • Tech savvy with a sound knowledge of all things technology
  • Goal oriented and able to work towards targets
  • Always thinking about the customer experience
  • Experience in the hotel industry in admin roles, hotel digital marketing or in a SaaS company is a plus!
