Role Overview
The role involves partnering with business unit leaders to understand financial needs, priorities, and challenges, building trusted relationships as a go-to advisor on financial matters. The candidate will deliver financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include developing financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks, actively participating in budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles, and monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in controlling, financial planning, or management consulting
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
- Experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor
