Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new car dealerships and partners in the ‘Aftersales’ area, building close relationships with existing customers, and developing individual sales strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will be on the road every day, analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and evaluating sales KPIs.
What You Will Do
You will actively acquire new car dealerships and partners, build personal relationships with customers, negotiate contracts and conditions, and develop and implement individual sales strategies.

Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with additional qualifications or business administration study
- Proven successes from the areas of car dealership, aftersales, or OEM
- Hunter mentality
- Travel-ready with a driving license class B
- Good knowledge of sales tools (ideally Salesforce) and experience in using MS Office
- Fluent German and English skills
