Role Overview

The Growth & Product Marketing Manager will own the top of the funnel and hit the number every week. They will be responsible for growing visitors, signups, and qualified leads against a monthly target. The role requires a growth marketer with creative range, not a marketing org chart.

What You Will Do

The key responsibilities include hitting top-of-funnel targets, making LLMs an acquisition channel, running content and social as a growth engine, building an industry-leading social following, making high-quality content affordably, owning the website, and running co-marketing with partners.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years in growth, demand generation or product marketing at a B2B software, data or developer-facing company
  • Direct ownership of signup or lead targets
  • Demonstrated results growing a channel from AI assistants or answer engines
  • Hands-on with a product analytics tool, a lifecycle messaging platform, and a CMS or code-owned site
  • Strong writing and a track record of content and social that performed
  • A portfolio of work made yourself, with what each piece cost to produce and how it performed
  • Ability to be in the Kitchener office one or two days a week
