Revenue Intelligence Analyst, AI-Native

Sleek is looking for a Revenue Intelligence Analyst, AI-Native to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or a high-growth startup environment. They will be responsible for transforming how the Revenue organization understands its performance, anticipates risk, and seizes opportunity, using AI models to automate insight generation and narrative creation.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in data analysis
• Expert-level SQL
• Comfortable with Python or R for advanced modelling and automation
• Hands-on experience with BI tools – Tableau preferred
• Deep understanding of Revenue and GTM metrics
• Ability to translate messy, incomplete data into clear, compelling narratives
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Success teams
• Ability to use large language models to automate insight generation and narrative creation
• Experience building systems, tools, or workflows using AI
• Clear, confident point of view on how AI will reshape the analyst role over the next two years
