We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to manage a fixed customer base of over 2,000 customers, ensuring optimal support and a consistently positive experience with our service and products.
Requirements
- Managing a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
- Supporting with legal matters (no legal advice required)
- Identifying and solving problems
- Proactive accompaniment and support of our customers
- Counseling on suitable solutions and services
- Close cooperation with our legal and back office team
- Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
- Self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in dealing with customers (support, sales or customer success)
- Ability to remain sovereign even in difficult situations
- Goal-oriented work with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
