We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to manage a fixed customer base of over 2,000 customers, ensuring optimal support and a consistently positive experience with our service and products.

Requirements

  • Managing a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
  • Supporting with legal matters (no legal advice required)
  • Identifying and solving problems
  • Proactive accompaniment and support of our customers
  • Counseling on suitable solutions and services
  • Close cooperation with our legal and back office team
  • Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
  • Self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience in dealing with customers (support, sales or customer success)
  • Ability to remain sovereign even in difficult situations
  • Goal-oriented work with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
