We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to manage a stable customer base of over 2,000 customers, ensuring they have a consistently positive experience with our service and products.

Requirements

  • Manage a stable customer portfolio (B2C)
  • Support with legal issues (no legal advice required)
  • Identification and solution of problems
  • Proactive support and accompaniment of customers
  • Consultation on suitable solutions and services
  • Close cooperation with Legal and Back Office Team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Ability to remain sovereign in difficult situations
  • Target-oriented work with focus on customer satisfaction
