Requirements
- Manage a stable customer portfolio (B2C)
- Support with legal issues (no legal advice required)
- Identification and solution of problems
- Proactive support and accompaniment of customers
- Consultation on suitable solutions and services
- Close cooperation with Legal and Back Office Team
- Strong communication skills
- Self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Ability to remain sovereign in difficult situations
- Target-oriented work with focus on customer satisfaction
