We’re looking for motivated sales managers who advise and support customers, achieve sales completely in the home office, with a 2,500 € fixed salary + commission without limit and a realistic total income of 3,000 – 3,800 €.
Requirements
- Customer care and expansion of existing customers
- Handling incoming inquiries
- Contract closures & upselling
- Building long-term customer relationships
- German as a native language
- First sales experience (advantage, not a must)
- Structured working method
- High self-motivation
- Willingness to work in a shift system (8:00 am – 8:00 pm)
