Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, GTM Pricing, Costing & Margin will report to the Senior Manager, GTM Pricing, Costing & Margin and support the end-to-end margin management process across the Smartwool and icebreaker Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
What You Will Do
Contribute to pricing and profitability frameworks, monitor margin trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support initiatives aimed at driving sustainable revenue growth and gross margin improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Merchandising, or another quantitative discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in pricing, costing, merchandising finance, planning, or a related discipline.
- Experience within apparel, footwear, retail, or consumer products industries preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced Excel capabilities required.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, or similar analytical platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions and regions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
