Fare Ops Specialist, Revenue Operations

The Fare Ops Specialist will supervise and guide team members in PSM reconciliation, card ticketing operations, and PTC fare evasion administration functions for NSEWL, CCL, and BPLRT, and perform cash float reconciliation and operational reporting.

Requirements

• Supervise and guide Fare Operations Officers
• Reconciliation of cash returned to cash handling contractor
• Generate monthly PSM report and statistics
• Reconciliation of ticketing machine receipts
• Manage Passenger Claims
• Reconciliation of EZ-Link card sales
• Reconciliation of Penalty Fee and Notice of Offence
• Tabulate Fare Evasion statistics
• Perform periodical updates to work instructions, circulars, and Automatic Fare Collection Manual
