Support identification and implementation of service improvements and efficiency initiatives within Facilities Management operations. Analyze current FM service delivery and identify areas for improvement. Support business cases for service enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in FM operations, business development, or similar roles.
- Understanding of FM soft and hard services (MEP, cleaning, security, etc.).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
