Senior Field Marketing Manager

At Snowflake, we are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a strategic, senior-level role at the heart of Snowflake’s EMEA go-to-market. The successful candidate will own the field marketing strategy for the Scandinavian countries, shaping how Snowflake shows up in market across an enterprise buyer landscape that is increasingly shaped by AI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation in enterprise B2B technology
  • Proven ability to define and own a regional marketing strategy, not just execute against one
  • Proven track record of negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers
  • Track record of building trusted, peer-level relationships with sales leadership and influencing joint planning without direct authority
  • Deep experience running executive engagement programs and high-stakes field events that deliver measurable pipeline outcomes
  • Experience running 300+ attendee events
  • Strong command of account-based marketing strategy, from account selection through multi-channel activation and measurement
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms as supporting tools; experience using AI workflows to drive scale and efficiency is strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Swedish; and another Nordic language is a significant plus
