Lightfield is a next-generation CRM that automatically captures customer interactions and organizes them into structured CRM data, enabling deep analysis and automation. We’re looking for an experienced engineer to architect, build, and scale the core infrastructure and systems powering Lightfield’s AI-driven CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Strong background in infrastructure, data modeling, and backend systems
- Deep experience building scalable, high-performance data infrastructure
- Strong understanding of database design, indexing strategies, and query optimization
- Ability to ramp quickly on tech stack featuring TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering
