Solar Landscape’s Project Management Office (PMO) team is seeking a Portfolio Analytics Manager to help build and mature the operational infrastructure required to execute at scale. This role partners cross-functionally across the Operations team to strengthen data & documentation governance, reinforce process standards, and improve system utilization.
Requirements
- Analyze portfolio data structures to find opportunities for standardization & simplification.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and reinforce data collection and governance standards across the project lifecycle.
- Identify gaps in data capture and documentation practices and execute improvements aligned with PMO standards including system configuration updates, template standardization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management systems and processes.
- Build and maintain portfolio-level dashboards and reporting tools that enhance visibility into execution performance.
- Develop and track cross-functional KPIs.
- Support quarterly and recurring executive reporting with clear, data-driven insights.
- Build scalable reporting infrastructure that enables trend analysis and proactive performance management.
- Monitor project lifecycle and closeout documentation completeness and compliance with established standards.
- Identify recurring gaps in lifecycle documentation and support execution of process improvements.
